Terms and Conditions
1. First come first serve basis.
2. Only serious buyer. No BACKOUTS or 'MIA' after invoice have been sent to you. Else, you will be BLACKLISTED. (MIA - Missing in action, lepas order terus diam)
3. All Sales are final. Items sold are not exchangeable or returnable. Buy at your own risk.
4. All items are 100% new and in good condition.
5. No more picture request.
6. Colors in the pictures might be slightly different from the real products due to monitor settings and etc. The design may slightly be different from what you see. (example: the flower placement may not be the same)
7. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.
8. We will be using Poslaju Malaysia. For Peninsular Malaysia costs RM7 for the first 500g and RM3 for the next 250g. For shipping to Sabah/Sarawak costs RM10 for the first 500g and RM4 for the next 250g.
9. Please ensure that the shipping address provided has someone in during daytime because Poslaju requires signature upon each delivery. Else, you have to pick up the parcel at the nearest Poslaju office by yourself.
10. Reservation is allowed for only 24 Hours.
How to order ?
Step 1
Browse through the available items.
Step 2
Fill up the order form at our site , you will see the link at our signature , or email us at hawwacollection@gmail.com.
Step 3
Hawwa Collection will reply your email and state whether the item is available or not. If it is available we will provide you an invoice and banking details.
Step 4
After receiving the invoice from us, please proceed on payment either using online or manual transaction (atm machine, counter) to our MAYBANK or CIMB account within 24hours.
Online Transaction : Payment with interbank (besides MBB/CIMB) are not advisable because it takes 1-3days to clear the payment. Please opt for cash deposit if you do not have MBB or CIMB account.
Step 5
To avoid fraud by some irresponsible people, please attach all the payment details and email it to us.
Snap a picture or scan the receipt as proof of payment . Please state date/time/from which bank to which bank CIMB or Maybank.
For online transfer, please send us the screenshot of the successful payment.
Fail to do so, your item(s) will not be posted.
Step 6
Do wait for us to reply within 24hours and confirm your payment.
